The Arctic Triple – Lofoten extreme triathlon
The Arctic Triple is a series of competitions with three stages - LOFOTEN SKIMO, LOFOTEN ULTRA-TRAIL, and LOFOTEN TRIATHLON. Starting next year, the series will also include the LOFOTEN STAGE RUN with 174 kilometers of running in 4 days, but I still don't understand why it is needed if you can run 100 miles at a time on their ultra.
Camino de Santiago – Day 3. Empanadas, Wine and 74 kilometers.
According to my plan, which I made in Berlin, I was supposed to run 67 km on the third day. But in the morning, when I was checking the route, I realized that I had made a mistake somewhere, because Google told me about 72 km, and the previous two days had shown that the Camino de Santiago does not always follow the same roads that Google suggests.
Camino de Santiago – Day 2. Friends, Bulls, and 0 Sugar
In the previous post, we mentioned that I was a little freaked out by the snow and mountains on the first day of my Camino de Santiago race and checked into the Albergue in the small town of Zubiri.
In the next 2 days, according to my plan, I had to run 65 and 67 km to the cities of Estella and Najera, so that on the fourth day I could make a good breakthrough and swing for 92 km with a finish in Burgos. Well, plans exist only at the planning stage and I learned this lesson very quickly. But it will start on the second day.
Camino de Santiago – Day 1. From St-Jean-Pied-de-Port to Zubiri
The first day of the trip. My nerves are still tense, but I realize everything will work out. I don't know why, especially since I realized in the evening that I didn't have a charging cable for my power bank. Well, somehow it happened.
